Our firm is in search of a Medical Director for a corporate clinic in Lower Manhattan, NY. To be considered you should be Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Occ Med Physician approved by the ABMS. This position involves working with an all adult patient population, mostly male.  This site provides Primary and Acute Care including  physicals, immunizations, routine lab work, EKG’s and chronic condition counseling. This site also offers Nutrition services, and Physical Therapy. To be considered you should have at least 1 year of leadership experience.

The salary for this role is between $ 240,000 and $ 250,000. 30% of the job is Administrative and 70% is Patient Care. You would see about 12 patients per day. Our client has 2 clinics in Lower Manhattan which is where you will be seeing patients. They also have 2 off site clinics: Jersey City and Brooklyn. You would not see patients at these sites, but may need to go there occasionally regarding administrative needs.

You will have a support staff. There are 2 medical Assistant’s on site. One is assigned to the provider and one works in the lab. There is 1 receptionist and a RN Health Center Manager that is over day-to-day operations—this is wonderful for you as you can focus on treating patients.
