The system is a not-for-profit and has over 300 physicians and multiple outpatient care centers throughout the area.
The system is the largest provider in a six county region and a primary referral center.
It offers a higher level of service than what is typically found in a community of its size including open-heart surgery, trauma care, a Level II neonatal intermediate care unit, neurosurgery and

Here is the details:
Is accountable for directing, planning, fostering, staff development, and quality management of the pharmacy department in order to maximize customer satisfaction and financial performance.
The Pharmacy Manager is on the inpatient side(clinical) of the pharmacy and handles the day to dat operations which includes staffing, work flow, rules and regulations, working with the Director and peers o
on the budget as well.
Must be Ohio licensed as a Pharmacist; prefer the candidate to be Board certified
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) in business, leadership, etc, required
At least five (5) years of current/recent hospital-based RPh experience required
Reports to Pharmacy Director
Department employs 3 peer managers, ~ 18 Clinical RPh's, ~25 Certified Pharm Techs, ~10 Pharm Assistants/Couriers
It's a 260 bed hospital
They have Epic EMR
This is a Hands-on manager; will work as a Clinical RPh is times of high census/low staffing
Position is M-F, day shift
The pay depends on experience but the range is $100K-$130K. They have an excellent benefit package and will offer relocation.
The person is also eligible for annual at-risk bonus payout of up to 6% of base salary.
